A knowledge base has one or more articles to be searched by keywords.

How it works

Create on or more knowledge bases, each knowledge base can be: 1. internal, to be searched by the search box 2. public available. To be searched by for instance a flow automation

Articles

Each knowledge base has one or more articles, each article has:

  1. keywords to be searched upon
  2. title
  3. summary => shown in the search results
  4. text => show in the article itself

Only when the article is Published it can be shown in search results.

Flow

It can be handy to incorporate your public knowledge base in a flow. For instance to let users know how a product works or how to troubleshoot it.
