How to configure a knowledge base action
Open the flow editor and select the step in which you want to add/remove the label(s). Now add the action "Search knowledge base".
in the action settings you can configure the question asked and the public knowledge bases to search in.
- which knowledge bases to search in
- the max amount of results to show
- the text for reading the article text
note: Remember that only published articles belonging to a public knowledge base can be searched for
