How to configure a knowledge base action

Open the flow editor and select the step in which you want to add/remove the label(s). Now add the action "Search knowledge base".

in the action settings you can configure the question asked and the public knowledge bases to search in.

  1. which knowledge bases to search in
  2. the max amount of results to show
  3. the text for reading the article text

note: Remember that only published articles belonging to a public knowledge base can be searched for
