Transfer a call to a user or team
How to configure
Open the flow editor and select the step in which you want to transfer the call. Now add the action "Transfer call".
Message
Configure a message to be sent before transferring the call: example: One moment while I transfer your call
Conditional transfers
Configure one or more transfer conditions with a transfer routine.
Each conditional transfer has a: 1. Condition, the first Condition which is true will be used 2. Transfer to a specific of a random user - When random, prefer online - From a specific team
note: Call transfers are only executed when there is an ongoing phone call, otherwise it will be skipped.
