Assign teams or users
Control which teams or users can see and handle the ticket.
How to configure a flow to add/remove labels
Open the flow editor and select the step in which you want to add/remove the label(s). Now add the action "Add/remove teams" or "Add/remove users".
Available settings:
- Should the current assignments be cleared first => reset all current teams or users
- Teams/users to be removed
- Specify conditions for a random user to be assigned to the ticket
- Prefer online
