Assign teams or users

Control which teams or users can see and handle the ticket.

How to configure a flow to add/remove labels

Open the flow editor and select the step in which you want to add/remove the label(s). Now add the action "Add/remove teams" or "Add/remove users".

Available settings:

  1. Should the current assignments be cleared first => reset all current teams or users
  2. Teams/users to be removed
  3. Specify conditions for a random user to be assigned to the ticket
    • Prefer online
    • from Team
  4. Specific Teams/users to be added
