Assign labels

Labels are a powerfull thing, they can manipulate the way a ticket is seen and how SLA's are executed.

How to configure a flow to add/remove labels

Open the flow editor and select the step in which you want to add/remove the label(s). Now add the action "Add/remove labels".
2 lists will be presented. 1. Labels to be removed 2. Labels to be added

Add labels to the lists in order to add/remove them during the executing of a flow.

note: Remember that adding and removing labels can have sidfe-effects such as meta data components beeing executed and therefor adapters are executed.
