Use tokens like {{communicator.name?you}} inside a canned response to make it more personal

Canned responses are a great way to reduce spellink mistakes <(^_^)> and increase your work speed. Use a canned response to avoid typing the same answer over and over again. And while you are doing it think about ways you can really make them work for you.. You could even use tokens to enrich the message with state variables.

Tip: Name your canned responses in such a way you can filter them easily.
