Authorizations
Authorizations can help manage security while your organization grows
With Authorizations you can decide who can view, contribute or own certain aspects of Tick.
Authorizations are divided into a few groups: - Workspace - Processes - Technical - Tickets - Tasks
With Workspace Authorizations you can manage who can do things like: Add new Users and Teams
With Process Authorizations are required for managing things like Manage Flows, Labels, SLA's etc.. things involving 'processes'
Administrators
Admins or Administrators are Users with a special privilege. They can do everything without any additional authorizations.
How to Make someone Admin
Go to the Workspace settings menu, click on "Users" and navigate to the User you want to make Admin. Then click on the button "Make Admin". To undo this you can click "Remove as Admin" (which will only appear if the user is Admin)
