Partners and their sub tenants receive a discount percentage

How it works

By becoming a partner you get a partner registration-URL. Any organization registering using this URL will become a sub-tenant. A partner and his sub-tenants receive a 20% discount on their Tick usage.[^1]

The Partner Program is located int the workspace settings menu. By Enrolling as partner you get a partner registration-URL.

Pay for your sub tenants

In certain situations it can be convenient to pay for your sub-tenants, for example if you want to create one invoice containing multiple services you offer the sub tenant. [^2]

[^1]: Partners receives the discount if having one or more paying sub-tenants. [^2]: When paying for your sub-tenants the invoices are still made per sub tenant and payment will also happen based per tenant. So having 10 sub tenants will result in 10 payment transactions.
