Dashboards
Dashboards are a collection of tiles, each presenting data in their own unique way. In the right upper corner of each tile is a menu located. Use it to configure, resize or remove the tile.
Tile configuration
When a tile is added it is already based on an existing configuration which makes it easier to adjust it. While different tile types have different settings the basics are the same:
- Choose a title to be displayed on the tile
- Select a period for the tile to display. This is used to gather the information. Do you want to present the sum of all tickets over the last 365 days? Do you want to show the average of new tickets per day over the last 7 weeks? You define which data is used to present it.
When using a resolution smaller then the allowed resolution it will be adjusted on dashboard save. For instance, showing how many tickets were open per minute during the last year is not allowed.
Share a dashboard
