Pay as you go

Tick

What you pay for

Tick has a very straightforward payment structure, you pay for: - Occupied user seats - Active Flows

Occupied user seats

Every 5 min the amount of simultaneous occupied user seats is calculated. On a daily basis the max amount of simultaneous user seats is then brought up as spending

Example: correct logging in and out:

Einstein and Newton are working each day from 09:00 until 12:00. They log in on 09:00 and 12:00 they log out. From 12:00 until 17:00 Picasso takes it over, he logs in at 12:00 and logs out at 17:00.

In the end of the day 2 user-seats were used simultaneous and brought up as spending.

Example: Forgetting to log out

Einstein and Newton are working from 09:00 until 12:00 but forget to log out. Then Picasso comes to work from 12:00 until 17:00. Therefore this day 3 user seats were brought into spending.

Active Flow actions

Every day the amount of active production flow actions are calculated and brought into spending

Example

There are 4 active flows, 3 are in the production environment and 1 is not. these 3 flows combined have 23 actions in them and this is brought into spending each day.

When you are invoiced

Every first day of the month the previous billing period(month) is summed up on an invoice

Payment

When you are invoiced we automatically start the payment processing. This can take a few hours up to a few days. Meanwhile if you want you also can manually pay the invoice.
